Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The size and weight of your order

The shipping method selected
We offer standard and, in some cases, expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Freight Shipping (large furniture): 7–14 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
4. Shipping Destinations
HappySpace currently ships within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large furniture items. A physical address is required for freight deliveries.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Large & Freight Items
Some furniture items require freight shipping. These deliveries:

Require someone present to accept the shipment

Are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise stated

Must be inspected upon arrival
Any damage must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
HappySpace is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect address

Delays or loss caused by address errors
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
HappySpace is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.
10. Shipping Delays

HappySpace is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will always try to assist.
